Initially developing an interest in fitness at the age of 18 through a desire to join the Armed Forces, I worked extremely hard to be fit enough to join the British Army's most elite service, The Parachute Regiment, successfully passing through the hardest selection test the army had to offer (The renowned P-Company).
A firm believer in pushing myself and trying and testing new things, I began experiencing as many forms of fitness and exercise as possible, including martial arts, weightlifting, cross-fit, boxing, and many more.
Being certified by multiple professional fitness authorities, I specialise in nutrition, psychology, and performance training, understanding that no two bodies or minds are alike, working to help you be the best version of yourself.
